Delete your account & data
You can remove your Moncass account and all associated personal data at any time - from inside the app, or by requesting it here.
Option 1 - In the app
Open Moncass and go to Profile → Privacy & security → Delete account. This immediately revokes every Account Aggregator consent and schedules your account and personal data for permanent deletion.
Option 2 - By web request
If you can’t access the app, email contact@moncass.com from your registered email or with your registered mobile number. We’ll verify it’s you and confirm deletion.
What gets deleted
- Your profile - name, mobile number and email.
- All linked-account consents and the financial data received under them.
- Your goals, budgets, insights and AI coaching history.
Personal data is removed within 30 days, except records we are required to retain to meet legal obligations. Your app PIN never leaves your device, so it is erased when you delete the app.
